Breakdowns, citations, the near-miss somebody actually reported. We keep a file, assign a reviewer on our side, and give the client a place to add what happened without forwarding six emails.

Scores in the portal are calculated from those records. We are not a camera company and we do not sell a CSA miracle. If you want coaching after a harsh event, we will sit on the call.
